My Background

I am living many lifetimes in this one body. Every shifting and expanding, I am at home in transformation spaces (I have Pluto in the 1st House). Helping others move through growth and transformation isn’t just my work, it’s my joy and passion.

My purpose is Truth. Truth is health; it’s alignment; it’s love. My lived truth involves living very multidimensionally in everyday life in hopes of modeling for others how normal that is. There are so many cultures where living between realms is simply accepted. I help people find what their authentic expression of self is — their purpose embodied. Being who we each truly are, fully out in th world, is exactly how we build the world we want to live in.

My training for the work I offer includes 7 years of deep apprenticeship in Amazonian shamanism(s) and herbalism, 2 years at a Buddhist university where mindfulness and contemplation are woven into every aspect of life. I have a master’s degree in Critical Studies and have studied with thinkers and creatives like Maggie Nelson, Anne Carson, and Steven Taylor.

I play over a dozen instruments, and enjoy weaving sound healing into my work. As a portal worker, I build altars for large events, officiate weddings and life cycle ceremonies, and I serve as a guide both for those who are birthing and those who are dying.

Some of my most rewarding work is helping conscious founders clarify their transmission of self and mission. The multidimensionality of midwifing a new venture into the world — in its highest, most successful form — is a pleasure like no other.

I wear many hats, depending on what is needed, because ultimately I am a conduit for diverse energies and perspectives. As a multidimensional bridge, I naturally bring many worlds into harmony and simplicity, sometimes simply by existing in a space. As a friend, I’m quirky and loving and ever happy to eat prepared food because I don’t do a lot of cooking, or to plant seeds of light mischief.

I have a great deal of mastery as a multidimensional teacher, and my own learning on this planet is often about simple humaning. I’m in love with this strange planet, even when she aches. My free time is filled with painting, ceramics, poetry, permaculture gardening, too much TikTok, giggling with my teen son, and pretty much always hatching plans for travel and building homesteads abroad.

The Work

I work with the whole human, the whole life. I draw from a deep and diverse toolbox, which allows me to guide my clients down personalized paths of transformation. I am not territorial and encourage you to weave together the practices and practitioners that feel right for you. I’m happy to consult on those other options if you’d like, as it can be nice to have someone holding the eagle’s eye view with you.

Though each one of my offerings can support deep work, the best results come from mixing together different offerings over time, as we need different things at different stages of development.

Regular 1:1 sessions form a strong foundation for our work. Periodic intensives and retreats amplify the work’s potency and offer the opportunity to go deeper into exceptionally complex work, or places of great interest. Individuals, couples, and small groups benefit from walking this personalized path.

That being said, some people work with me only once or a few times and find that is enough to get them to the next stage of their growth. Most people who find me, though, are called to an ongoing relationship with the work that flows through me.

Some of the tools I often utilize include: sound healing, energy clearing, integration support, psycho-spiritual reorientation, coaching, multidimensional skill building, creative expression, and many forms of shamanic work and ceremony.

I enjoy collaborating with my clients in finding what approaches really light them up. Sometimes we weave in other practitioners or experts in their fields. Some of the most enjoyable work for me is when a client designs a small group of their collaborators to experience this work in community. It’s all ever evolving.

Please note:

Though I often touch on elements of mental and physical health, I am not a therapist or physician. I am a supporter of both of those professions, when they are done well.
