1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from the Skillful Awareness Store ("Store," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Store. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the sole proprietor operating the Skillful Awareness Store.
2. Digital Products
All products sold through the Skillful Awareness Store are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped. Upon completing a purchase and receiving confirmation of payment, you will be provided access to or a download link for your purchased digital product(s).
You are responsible for ensuring your device and software are compatible with the digital product(s) you purchase before completing your order.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the following circumstance:
Defective Products: If a digital file you receive is corrupted, inaccessible, or otherwise defective due to an error on our end, you may request a replacement file or a full refund. To do so, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with a description of the issue. We reserve the right to request reasonable evidence of the defect (e.g., screenshots or an error message) before issuing a replacement or refund.
Refund requests will not be granted for reasons including, but not limited to: change of mind, failure to read the product description, or incompatibility with your device or software that was knowable prior to purchase.

The Skillful Awareness Store and all digital products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as specifically stated in our Refund Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Store or digital products, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of profits.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which the Store owner resides, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Store following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
